Once we receive all forms required, a Pack Leader will contact you to schedule your evaluation. Evaluations are Monday- Friday by scheduled appointment.

Evaluation Pick-up is 10:00 AM
All evaluations must be in attendance for at least four hours of play. Evaluations will not be scheduled prior to all documentation required is received.
